The Cotton hail insurance policies generally provide some level of cover for spray drift impact to crops, but it’s very limited and can be hard to access.  For example a grower must be able to identify where the spray drift originated, and that it was from a ground-rig, not an aerial spray.  A successful claim may also need an admission from the neighbor responsible.  If you think you may be able to make a claim against your cotton crop policy, please contact your AgriRisk Account Manager as soon as possible.
