Some late rain looks to have saved the day for many of AgriRisk’s broadacre clients who are now busy finalising winter cereal crop plantings.  Prices look relatively solid so we are looking for a kind season, weatherwise, and hopefully some solid yields and revenues.

Now’s the time to start thinking about renewals for these crops, and AgriRisk will be in touch in the coming weeks regarding this.  In the meantime of course, Temporary Cover is provided by their current insurer to all growers that insured their crop last season.  You should have already received details of this Temporary Cover and its limitations.

Please be aware:
• The Temporary cover is only basic cover so if you require higher coverage you will need to establish a new policy for the current season.  Remember you don’t get a cheaper premium rate for delaying the purchase decision
• If you are growing on a different property than last season you will need to advise us immediately as generally the Temporary cover only extends to properties that were insured last season

If you have any queries, or need to make a change, please contact your Account Manager and they will be happy to assist you in structuring your insurance and selecting the most appropriate coverage for your specific requirements.
