AgriRisk has provided data and information to Cotton Australia to support their efforts in lobbying the Queensland government, and will continue to assist wherever possible.  The abolition of stamp duty in NSW also applies to small business (less than $2 million turn over) on a range of specific policies including commercial motor vehicle, professional indemnity, product and public liability insurance.

“We hope to see the stamp duty abolished in Queensland because not only does it free up some additional income for farmers it may also help decrease incidences of under-insurance and non-insurance among farmers,” Managing Director, John van der Vegt said.
